BREAKFAST

1 cup Vanilla chia seed pudding

1 cup fresh berries (either red or blue)

MORNING SNACK:

7 almonds

LUNCH:

1 cup crunchy red cabbage and green apple sesame slaw or 1 cup baked sweet potato (or 1 small sweet potato, baked) AFTERNOON SNACK:

1 medium apple

DINNER:

120 gm. grilled chicken

Bedtime:

1 cup green tea

DAY2

BREAKFAST

1 cup barley porridge 1 medium apple MORNING SNACK:

7 almonds

LUNCH:

1 grilled chicken sandwich with 1/2 cup steamed vegetables or as desired (Red bell pepper, sliced carrots, pumpkin or a handful of greens)

AFTERNOON SNACK:

1 Protein bar

DINNER:

1 cup Zucchini Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes

Bedtime:

1 cup green tea
